Social Networking Site and Radio Show for Youth
 

Greetings

I wanted to share some information about a social network website and also a radio show that I serve on staff at. These ministries are focused to the youth, so if you know youth please pass on this information.

Social Network is called Faith Freaks. At FF youth can find encouragement and prayer through our prayer boards. As well they can express their faith and connect with other Christians. We do have a chat room where they can talk to others daily. The link to the website is http://www.faithfreaks.com

"The Freak Show" radio program in based out Greenfield Indiana and is produced by WJCF. We play the best in Christian music and each show we tackle a topic that is relevant to youth. You can access this by our Internet feed http://www.wjcfradio.com or http://www.faithfreaks.com/freakshow. The show is every Saturday night from 8pm-11pm est. Call in and we play your requests and give some shout-outs.

Both of my teen daughters had accounts there at one time.

I think they gave them up for facebook.

I told them they really were spending WAY too much time online trying to keep up with all their friends on myspace, facebook, faithfreaks, everyone's apostolic, everyones connected.

It's terrible when you want to communicate with your own child, and have to either send them a message through a social networking site, or send them a text message on their phone. Something had to go. :D

Are they affiliated with a church group?
