I just stepped on a hair pin.
 

Ouch. I was walking stocking footed in the living room , just took off my shoes and out of the blue... old fashioned hair pin in the heel, you know the kind with the sharp ends . Have any of you other Holiness folks experienced this?If I had a nickel for every time this has happened I would be a rich man.
I found out after interrogation little sis was " Practicing" shouting her hair down .

So you are another one that thinks Holiness folks can not have a sense of humor. I'm a serious person but laughing at good clean fun is not wrong.

My father complained endlessly about stepping on hair barrettes and finding HAIR everywhere. It just never goes away. LOL!!!!

It's kind of comical, but even though my father was very strict about long, uncut hair on women, he didn't particularly LIKE long, uncut hair. He liked short, neat hairstyles, but felt they were sinful. So he insisted that our hair be put up, neatly braided, or if it was down, it had to be curled and neatly arranged. He hated what he called "stringy" hair. :D
