I wasn't able to attend this year, but I have friends that enjoyed their time @ GC this year.

Pro 11:2 When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.

I'm proud to be a child of God! Is that against the scripture posted above.

There's nothing wrong with saying you're proud to be a part of a fellowship. The scripture above certainly doesn't apply to it.

You have just as much pride in your statement "Humbly - non UPC and glad of it!" as there is in the screen name Proud2bUPC. It's disingenuous to say Proud2bUPC is wrong, but your statement is okay.

We didn't get to attend the Conference in MO but we attended all the services via the internet. Enjoyed them all & greatly blessed!!!

my family went and we had a great time connecting with old friends. didn't go to many of the services...so cant really comment on them.
