UPC Pastor Carlton Watkins Passes Away
 

Just found out a short time ago that Pastor Carlton Watkins of Texas died today.

He was a well respected and liked con / ultra con in the Texas district and was on the district board.

Please pray for his family and church family.

I am deeply saddened and grieved by the loss of my friend and buddy, Rev. Carlton (Carty) Watkins.

There are no words to describe the pain that we feel at the loss of such a wonderful Man of God. He was one of the sweetest men I have ever met in my life. He was a gentle giant. A man that many wish they could be.

Please be in prayer for his wife and daughter and family...this was so unexpected...they are still in a state of shock.

We are leaving about 8:00 this am to head down to the funeral, please be in prayer us and all those traveling..

The world is a sadder place due to our loss, but heaven gained a mighty soldier today......
