Nike+ 10K Human Race Challenge
 

I just finished my Nike+ 10K challenge this morning. Anyone else do the run?
Do you use the Nike+ system for running?

My time was not all that great: 51:38 w/8:19 pace. I'm no longer training for speed. I'm now training for endurance for the 2010 Ironman! :D

Maybe if I was turning a 30min or sub 30 min 10K! But not for my "old man" time! LOL

You going to wear the speedos and goggles and have your number written on your arms and thighs with a sharpie?

LOL! I will actually be wearing goggles and a full wet suit for the swim and yes, I will have my number written on my arms and legs with a sharpie! As far as the speedos go, I'll be wearing a triathlon suit and yes, I do have to ride one of those upright bikes. I just sold my recumbent because you can't use them in tri's. This is a HUGE undertaking but I plan on being ready by next Sept. 12th! :D
