I need to testify!
 

On Thanksgiving night of this year, a deer totaled our van. Since it happened, I have been trying to find a replacement vehicle, one that I could pay cash for. I really had my heart set on a truck, but was losing hope of finding one.

My wife had been asking God to let us know which vehicle was the right one for us to buy. About three weeks ago, she said God woke her in the night, and impressed her that "You will know when you can buy it for $2250." She shared it with me the next morning, but like a lot of people, I questioned it, since God had not spoken it to me.

I looked at one vehicle after another, and nothing panned out. What I could afford, I didn't want, and what I wanted, I couldn't afford. She and I had some serious intense fellowship, as I had found one I could buy for $2500. I wanted it bad! She told me time after time, "be patient, and wait on God."

Yesterday morning, a vehicle appeared on craig's list for $3500. While watching it, the seller lowered the price to $3000. I called, determined to see how low he would go. He said he couldn't go any lower. I told him thanks, but I only had $2250 I could send. He said he couldn't do that. I thanked him for his time, and said goodbye.

In less than two hours, he called me back. He had told his wife about the call and my offer. She told him to take it! Picked it up this morning, and got a truck I wanted, for the price God had impressed my wife we should give!

What an awesome God!

I got so tired of looking....I would check it 3-4 times a day, looking for new listings.

lol - I'm sorta a craigslist junkee. I know what ya mean though. Wife and I got so sick of looking at houses, we told the realtor to quit callin' us....

Anyway, praising God for your deal. Ain't it great not having car payments?

I love Craig's list... i just sold a car on Craig's list, and my sister sold her house on Craig's list in less than six months.. she had it listed with a realtor for two years and it never sold. They bought it and she has to be out Jan 15th.... too cool. She is moving to Fl... so now I have a place to vacation. :D
