All — including you — have donated more funds to the Haitian relief effort than oil-rich nations like Saudi Arabia and Iran.


That's right ... if you personally have donated money to help the earthquake-stricken people of Haiti, then you have contributed more money than the governments of Saudi Arabia and Iran, whose combined dollar donation is a big fat zero.

A teenage girl in Saudi Arabia has been sentenced to 90 lashes and two months in prison for taking a cell phone to school, the U.K.'s Daily Mail reported Wednesday.

The 13-year-old's punishment, harsher than that given to some robbers and looters, requires her to be flogged in front of her classmates, the Daily Mail quoted Saudi newspaper Al-Watan.


She was reportedly hiding a cell phone in class, breaking strict Saudi regulations banning their use in girls' schools.

Next time someone attacks SA or disaster strikes, I hope we respond in kind. I hate the fact that our politicians grovel before these idiots all because of oil. It's time to drill for oil here so we can get out of SA and leave them to their own demise.

SA is just as bad and evil, if not worse than China, North Korea, Venezuala and Cuba.

Haiti is without a government. To help out, the US will donate one Obama, one Pelosi, one Reid, one Frank, one Coakley, and two Clintons! They may keep them permanently. We'd give them a Constitution, but we can't find it right now.

I'm sure this will offend, but maybe Saudi is right.

I'm more worried about the financial crisis in my country with my countrymen than I am with a bunch of haitians. I am not sending or giving them one penny.

When these hollywood idiots start pouring millions into programs to help hungry and homeless Americans I may take notice of their efforts.
