The producer of that video is an real estate broker, and has been one of our company's customers of about fifteen years, David Winans.

I sent the video to a couple of dear friends in Newfoundland last evening
and received this response this morning. They spent ten days in Texas last
September and decided they want to retire here. They loved TEXAS! In fact
I met them on this forum.:friend
