Software help.

One of the companies I webmaster for is a Cabinet shop. They have requested a addition to their site that allows potential customers to create their own cabinet design and purchase online. A sample site they gave was : http://www.easyclosets.com/ClosetDesign.aspx

I have found one or two companies that sell software to do this but it seems like a rare comodity or I'm looking in the wrong places. I have found several that offer online design software for kitchen tile, countertops, etc. but none for kitchen cabinets.

Anyone help point me in the direction of what I'm needing ?

That may end up having to be a custom programmed application built specifically for them. There may not be an of-the-shelf alternative.

Thats what Im afraid of, they dont mind spending the money on it. They have given me a generous budget to work with but I was still hoping to find a base template anyway to save some money.

If they don't mind spending some dough you could demo Adobe Scene, here is a link to the visual configurator component --> http://www.scene7.com/solutions/prod...figurators.asp

Even though it is pricey it still might be cheaper that a PHP or ASP.net programmer.

Unlessyou are really bent on using Assembler....:D
