Hey! That one guy was clearly on the ropes and his opponent still kept "hitting" him. That's against the rules! And that other guy was clearly outside the ring but he was still dragging the president of the Wrestling club around by his leg. That's also against the rules.

What kind of example are these guys setting? The ref kept counting down but they totally ignored the ref. What gives?

The Holy Ghost Hokey Pokey? This is the first time I've heard of it.

It looks like a typical Pentecostal service to me. There are a lot of songs I've heard that are a similar concept as the Hokey Pokey regarding hand and body gestures. "This is How we Overcome", "Trading my Sorrows", "Freedom" ... those are just a few right off the top of my head.
