Maybe the way they were gaining their profits were at the expense of those who worked for this company in the first place.

The companies that do well for their employees already won't suffer as much as those who used to treat their people like poo.

Maybe their profits were "obscene" and this is a way of leveling them or sharing the wealth.

The free market says that if they didn't like their job, they are free to find better employment for their skill set.

Also it kills off "first steps" types of jobs for college students and high schoolers.

Not quite what I was trying to say.

It would be better if fast food restaurants helped in providing benefits, insurance and such. A couple restaurants offer scholarships and more would do better to INVEST into their base, the people that make them great, their employees.

White Castle has got to be he worst hamburger built. I liked them when I was a kid. Either they have changed or my taste has changed. :razz

I don't think I've ever eaten at White Castle. I heard they are similar to Krystals here on the east coast.

probably your taste has changed.
I liked them as a kid and still like them as a 72 year old man.
For lunch today after I came home from outreach, I ate 5 white castles.
We buy them frozen at Krogers and heat them in the microwave.
They are missing the pickle and little individual box but they have the onions and taste pretty much the same as going to Chateau Blanche and ordering them.

White Castles
here in Cincinnati they are called
Sliders
Belly Bombers
Rectum Rockets
and probably some other things I can't remember right now
