Biggest UPC church in the US???
 

I always though that POA had the most members...but I read that Pastor Raul Orozco in LA has a muticampus church "La Senda Antiuga" that has more than 4000 members.?.?.? I know, some of you were only thinking of "white churches"...but Orozco is a UPCI pastor. Wouldn't that make his church the largest? I know that some white bigot might have something funny to say!!!!

Hmmm.. I'd think 4,000 would take the cake. But multi-campus is a little mis-leading. Vaugn Morton's daughter churches would beat that! lol

Depends on how you count. There was once a church that would set up a free doughnut and coffee stand in their downtown area on Easter Sunday. They would count every person that took a doughnut and include it in the attendance numbers. True story. They'd have, like, 1,800 Easter Sunday and they seated about 175 in their building.

That's not all they did. They'd give free rides to people and count them, hand out outlines to the sermon that day and count the people they handed it to.....ridiculous. They did it all to jack up the attendance in the monthly district news that was sent out.

That's just too much. Man... the things to prop ourselves up. Make-up our educational credentials, speak in the King's English and tell your "beau's" that you are "running over a thousand" after passing out tracks. lol
