Christ and Sin

I know Christ was sinless, but did Christ inherit sin in his flesh from his mother and was perfected as he learned obedience or did he become sin when he was on the cross?

I think there is a scripture that says Christ was made sinful flesh. Was this inherited from from his mother at birth or did it happeen on the cross?

2Co 5:21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

I think this is the scripture you may be looking for.

I realize this is old, but thought I would respond with some scriptures that might help to answer how it was that Jesus was sinless from the time of His conception to the end.

It was because, according to scripture that I have found about this subject so far, sin cannot be passed down from the female to their offspring at all. Even though certainly all are indeed sinners of course.

And am saying that because of what is written in Ex. 20:5; 34:7, and Numb. 14:18.

So Jesus was not born as all of us are, that are born after the first Adam.

At least according to those scriptures anyway.

Pretty amazing huh, what God did do.

JESUS was born with the nature of adam before the fall. he did not have a sin nature ,,..
the scripture says he was made in the likeness of sinful flesh . even while he was walkingin the flesh ,he did no sin .. he was tempted and tried ,,but he was a perfect sacrifice. without spot or blemish.
he took on sin on the cross for us . nailed it to the cross ,covered it with his blood and redeemed us from the curse of the law.

When you think about the first man adam, God created him from the dust of the ground and then breathed into him the breath of life and he became a living soul.

He was perfect before the fall. Satan tempted man kind and after the fall come the sin nature.

In essence Jesus was created from the dust of the flesh (in the womb of Marry) God gave him breath as he became a living soul. He was as Adam without sin from the begginng. His temptation came in the wildreness when satan temped him. He did not as Adam, sucumb to temtation. Therefor he was without sin when he went to the cross to become the sinless lamb.

Jesus became both the sacrificial lamb and the scape goat. Something to think about for all those that look for Jesus to come back to earth and set up a litural kingdom. When the scapegoat was taken to be released they took if far out into the wildreness so as it would never find its way back.

Jesus left this world taking our sins from the world. He was the scape goat. If he comes back what about the sins he took with him. For me I will inherit the kingdom of God on this earth (spiritural) and eternal life with God when I die and leave this world behind.
