Where's MOW been?
 

Well, I've been busier than a one legged man in a soccer game! I've been busy at the jail, getting ready for a Korea/China trip in Oct and just finished my 1st Ironman Triathlon (Sept 12th) and just had hernia surgery on Thursday of this week! Whew!

I miss all the give and take here but I really don't even have time to share all that God is doing! He's even doing unbelievable things with my triathlon involvement. I was asked to pray before the start of the race. (over 1,100 athletes) they did a video interview & showed it on the JumboTron all day during the race and there other amazing things happening as a result. All of this is in addition to the great things happening at NLC!

Seriously, I'm impressed with you doing the triathalon. I should be inspired, but I'm just impressed. LOL

C'mon guys...no one has to be inspired to do an Ironman, but how 'bout getting up off the couch at least to change the channels instead of using the remote! :D

Hmmm...did I mention that my home theater has a remote dimmer for the lights? LOL. I used to have to do quite a bit of cardio climbing up and down the stairs to get snacks but now I have a small refrigerator up there also.

I don't know how to change the channel on my TV without a remote.

I am going to start running a couple days a week with a guy that trains cross country runners though, maybe I can get back to where I can run farther than from the church door to the car when it is raining.
