It is called bloodless jihad.
The idea is to have a large enough Muslim population in a city or neighborhood so that sharia law becomes the local law. It is my understanding that there are areas in Europe where local areas are under sharia law.

You know there is NO CHANCE IN HADES that an American city will ever operate under Sharia law as opposed to the Constitution!

She is using what educated folk call "scare tactics".

The scare tactic is a tool that the GOP has turned to, maybe as often as some Democrats turn to race baiting.


However, scare tactics only make the GOP candidates who use them look paranoid and ignorant. Race baiting has that same effect for Democrats, more often than not.
