Isn't Dan Willis the UPC Pastor in Chicago that wears a lot of jewelry?

I saw him on tv when I was a kid when his choir was singing, "Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego!"

I did not know what UPC was back then-- I just knew that his choir was hot and that he sure did wear a lot of jewelry.
