90 yr old

There's a 90 year old lady on TV just now that kicked her leg up to touch her head and then did the splits!

It was amazing!

I always like when these centurians share their diet... I eat three grains of whole grain rice every morning and half of a plum. Then I have some collard greens and black eyed beans fer dinner....

She was a retired school teacher and was as bright as could be, then when she started moving like a 20 yr. old....goodness!

Okay, now there's a 102 year old lady that plays golf!

She's been playing golf for over 70 years!!!! Plays three times a week.

She still drives a car too!
