Traveling tragedy:
 

Just saw on FB a post for prayers for Benton, IL. Pastor Chris Hammonds and family.

Their oldest daughter and her husband were killed in an auto accident last night while traveling home for the holiday.

Ah, so now I understand why some of our church members were again deeply saddened...there was a 21-year old girl killed a few weeks ago while traveling...definitely praying for the family....tragic losses...

I got a text about this earlier this morning. How terribly sad!! Every holiday from now on will be so hard on the family. I just cannot imagine this kind of loss.

I can not fathom the pain parents who loose children like this must experience.

I do not know the Hammonds but my thoughts and prayers are with them tonight.
