Any TWC customers out there? What does their basic service offer? expanded basic service?

I only have the Internet. Average DL speed is 19.71 mbps

I only have cable tv. I am wonderin why I have a charge for "basic" and a charge for "expanded basic."

I think everyone pays for "Basic" and then whatever else you order is added to that

I'm TWC here in Dallas and we have Digital Standard, I believe, along with their turbo speed internet (promo). Pay around $100 a month and get a good variety of channels. Not sure what your desired package would consist of. If anything, I'd call 'em up and dispute what you're being charged for...

Have tv cable + encore movie channels, phone & internet service with TWC on a special $99.00 deal. Can't complain until we come off the special price. :)
