AFF growth rate?
 

It seems like AFF is growing at a pretty fast pace... Are there any stats to show the week over week, or month over month growth rate?

Just curious. ;)

What I see is an email notice with every new registration. They average out to about a dozen a day. And those are the ones who make it thru the spam blocks. There are about 20 a day that are blocked from registering by spam blocks we have in place.

Of these dozen or so a day, not all are 'real' members either. Some are spammers as well, some are just 'guests' who want to view the forum and most never activate their accounts. So many come to see and read, but never post. I was like that for many months before I ever got the nerve up to post.

So it's really hard to tell who are 'legitimate' new members. :dunno

One of the things I appreciate about AFF is that you can look without posting. Not only do some of the other forums not allow outside visitors, they frankly are quite picky about who they let in at all. Perhaps a mental set of 'if you don't completely agree with me, then I don't want to hear what you have to say".

The "Viewing" numbers seem to have been consistently up. I don't really pay much attention to the stats and such. As long as coadie's here, I'll keep coming back.
