Protection
 

During the next few days a group of sisters and myself are going out everyday around 3 to a VERY dangerous area witnessing. There are killings, shootings, rapes and all kinds of things not just once in a while but everyday. Our lives (especially mine being a foreigner) are in great danger as we try to reach these people.
I know some will say send others but it happens that is easier said than done...if I go others will go they will go if not....and in those places live souls that if we do not go chances are they will never hear the true gospel.

All my life have went into dangerous area but am getting older and slower...I do not even take my cell phone with me because of robbers.

This week have spend much of the week (afternoons) in that area. Yesterday Brother Alvear went but he does not have a lot of time.

One lady has asked us to come for house services each week at her home...


Maybe I could get some of these men that fight women to go...ha...I doubt it though....never had any standing in line to help me at the leper colony....

Some of the people are so poor they do not even have a chair for you to sit in...and you sure do not want to drink the water....

I promised to make some cakes for the kids and Brother Alvear said he would give me the money to buy some ice cream for them...a rare treat...

These people need Jesus above all other needs but it is hard to even listen to the story of Jesus with a hungry stomach. One lady told me yesterday it had been 2 days since she had had anything to eat with her 5 children...

We dear ones are blessed beyond words....

Sis A if the Lord is directing you to go into the dangerous places He is more than able to keep you safe and give you a revival.

I pray Jesus put a hedge of protection all around you.
