Anoint the pastor and his family.
Meet every need in that pastor's life and home and meet every need in that new congregation.
Draw people to You in that place.
Woo people with Your Holy Spirit until they make a surrender and commitment to You.
Add to the church.
Let them grow "in faith and numbers" (Acts 16:5)
