Perfectly Logical to All Males
 
This is a story which is perfectly logical to all males:

A wife asks her husband:

"Could you please go shopping for me and buy one carton of milk, and if they have eggs, get 6."

A short time later the husband comes back with 6 cartons of milk.

The wife asks him: "Why did you buy 6 cartons of milk?"

He replied, "They had eggs."

(shaking head sadly)

Sigh. So true.

Actually this is not ignorance. This is a well carried out defensive plan. We do things like this to assure we won't be asked to do them again. :happydance

I don't get it. He did want she asked him to do. He checked to see if they had eggs. Then he got 6 cartons of milk, like she wanted. See thats it, you just can't please a woman.

I was asked to take the dishes, milk and butter off the table and put them in refrigerator and sink. I did that, in that order. I don't know why she wanted the dishes in the refrigerator and the milk and butter in the sink...but its not my place to question. And I got the same thing.... shaking head sadly. Women!

Scotty, Scotty, Scotty. You, my EX friend, have committed the unpardonable act of betraying one of our most guarded and sacred secrets. This closely guarded secret, handed down to us from our forefathers, originated in the Garden with Adam, when he took a bite of that apple, then, pointing to the woman, said, "But I just did what she told me to!". That WAS our only means of getting out of doing stuff we didn't want to do. Thanks, Scotty. Thanks alot.

Thats right , and besides how do you buy 6 eggs ??? Cut a carton in half ?? I mean really , they must think we are dumb. :heeheehee

Actually Im just thinking, if they know the end result of asking in the first place then the whole scenerio might be avoided. :thumbsup
