jittery, nausea

I have been feeling jittery when I wake up. I have also been nauseated. I take a bite or two of food and I want to throw it up. I have been forcing myself to eat. This has been going on for 3 days. Today I have not had a bite to eat and don't think I will. Any ideas of what is going on?

Will pray for you, stuff been going around among my grandbabies. Lasted a few days, they are all well now.
