I do love Jesus, he is the only constant in my life.

He is my Rock, my fortress, my strong Tower, the lover of my Soul. I felt his spirit as a little child, I feel his spirit still today.

He is my only safety. He is a true friend. He is my only hope.

I live in a constant sea of change, loss, new beginnings, he is the calm in the storm.

Yes I love Jesus with passionate love and adoration. The same way I started out loving him in 1974. Yet there is a way Jesus judges whether we love him or not.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 1 John 5:3

Jesus is the reason I am alive today. Unlike the person who wrote the suicide note, even though "I" could have written it I have a relationship with Him -where he did not. (I should note that I wasn't molested either, or at least am pretty sure I wasn't.)
