Just received some very bad news
 

The doctors just told our son Michael there is nothing they can do in our area to help his eyes. They want to send him to South Brazil to a special eye doctor but he does not have the means...
Sherri was just in Brazil and saw Michael first hand so she can verify that I am telling the truth.
I guess we eat our words but since that episode with OP11 and the slander (in my opinion) I said I was not going to mention anything else here about our family, our needs or needs of the work...so do not take this as a plea for money however I am making a plea for your prayers...

Michael has no insurance, no health plan...and a job that pays around 100 dollars a month...2 children and his wife to take care of...His wife was in tears on the phone with me. It is his son that has had 2 heart operations. Both times the Lord worked a miracle for his son and we know He can work a miracle for Michael.

I am on the internet trying to see what a ticket to south Brazil will cost...The doctor said he needs to go Monday!

I know you are not asking for money. But I WISh with all my heart that I had some to give you anyways for Michael. Unfortunately, right now, I don't. But I can still pray and I WILL pray. We've seen God do amazing things. Let's pray He does for Michael something that will blow the socks of of everyone - and be a wonderful witness to the unbelievers he runs into.

I have said before Sis A ,that many on here are just "exes with axes" imo ignore the riff raff :) Whether this happens by a doctor or by miracle as long as it happens,we believe in both. God Bless! I think it would be good for everyone to know how much a ticket is.

I felt such a burden but so helpless in so many ways. Our son has Glacoma and according to the doctors he will go blind in a matter of time. (Very soon) The doctors told him (the ones in Maceio) they have never seen somone with pressure so high in their eyes and they cannot get it down. We have bought him very espensive eyedrops and medicine....they want to send him to south Brazil to a specialist there...if I had the means I would help him...if I knew a eye specialist here that would treat him I would try to get him a ticket here...but my hands are tied...At this point we need a miracle that only God can give...but I know God can...I looked for tickets on the net yesterday but because they want him there next week tickets are real expensive...The cheapest I found to the south were over 600 dollars...(one way) He can come to the states for what he can get to the south on the spur of the moment ticket...May the Lord be merciful to him and his family...

You may want to check out prices to confirm...type in search tickets on GOL airlines from Maceio, Alagoas to Sao Paulo. There is also Tam Airlines that files. Tam is usually more expensive. The date leaving would be Monday if he could get there.

I will send out a letter but the doctor thinks it will be too late...BUT we do know THE GOD...the Only wise God....merciful and caring...

I was just hurt about what happened here the other day and if it were not for a cause that compels me I would not write on this forum...but would keep in contact with you friends through e mail. I just felt like the matter was handled wrong...but I am a soldier...and will get over it. Love you and YOU are a very special person in my eyes. I pray for you and yours.
