There is no such thing as a "Functional" home, where everyone is living in a Fairy Tale of agreeing with the Church. Face it, people will let their hair down at home, being who they really are. They will gossip, watch movies, argue, have sex, walk around naked, eat too much, fart, be lazy, cuss, and whatever else humans do. Heck, they might even smoke some medical marijuana, while the preacher takes his narcotic pain meds!

I'm thankful for the real people, in a real World, living in a real home where imperfection is real. I also don’t believe that honest people will put to death a valid concept about life. We must present Truth in a way that it cannot be denied, and we must allow room for error.

Don’t expect people to follow an idea that is founded upon an unproven or unrealistic premise. If an idea is produced with Spectral Evidence and unmerciful motive, it will eventually die upon the altar of a lie, all by its little, lonesome self.

interesting quote, brings to mind the royal priesthood of believers, where the believer/priest is ultimately responsible for his own salvation. how do you view this dynamic of church pastor and believer priest?
