I'm training for the Space Coast Half Marathon, and this morning I ran 8 miles :)

"User CP" (near the top of every screen), "Edit options". Near the bottom of the options screen is the countdown.

When I was in the Army as an infantry medic we ran 21 miles a week. I was ripped!

How was the Anniversary Service at PromiseLand in Melbourne? I preached their Anniversary last year. The McClure's are our great friends of 30 years. I hope you enjoyed it!
