prayer about family needed

I really need some prayer here. i have a major issue with one of my brothers.
I am ready to start dating again and have to deal with him. he really does like to drop his pants in front of family-brothers wives.
He told me my x wife wanted him and not me.
This is all the watered down version, ok.
I am considering going to the police to scare the snot out of him.

Maybe he needs professional help, as in mental help. How old is he?
