What are the ethics of using pdf search sites? or how does one know if the author of a pdf file has given permission to anyone to download it?

Where can one contact these authors? What can you tell me about each author too?

William B. Chalfant is a former member of Kansas District board who left some time after the 2007 television vote. He pastors in Leavenworth Kansas. He would be listed as a conservative on this board and in the UPCI.


T.F. Tenney is the former District Superintendant of the Louisiana District. I do not know the city that he is in, but a little research using his name should reveal his location. He would be known as a liberal.


Robert McFarland is a name I recognize, but I do not know why.
Marvin M. Arnold departed this earthly habitation a number of years ago to take up residence in a celestial abode.

Mark Fogarty is another author I recognize, but know nothing about.

Kenneth Reeves published a number of books some years back, but I have no idea if he is still alive, or what his possible status might be.

David S. Norris teaches at Gateway Bible colloge in Flourissant, Missouri and can be found teaching at campmeetings across the fellowship. He might also teach at the Urshan Graduate School.

David K. Bernard is an author who was also the District Superintendant of the South Texas District. He is not the General Superintendant of the UPCI.


I removed the other names from the list you gave, as I have read a few of their possible writings, but I do not know enough about them to give them an adequate description here.

I knew a Bro McFarland in Taylor Michigan once. Also, there is a brother McFarland who was a missionary. Not sure if the one on the list is either of them.
