HMH again
The Holy Magic Hair topic is already out there, but recently on the CBC Facebook site a fellow alum (and someone I knew as a chid) posted her gratitude for Lee Stoneking and would to God that there would be more men "like" him raised up.
I had to respond. A minute ago I was going to cut and paste what I wrote but the thread was removed. Should I have given my opinion? |

Re: HMH again
I would say that it does not matter as it does not sound like it was up for very long. I would suppose that you could have. It just would not have done any good, just like it does not matter to me.

Re: HMH again
Any chance you can remember what you said?

Re: HMH again
so, I'm out of the loop, I guess............. Stoneking is an advocate or author of the holy magic hair stuff? I have a girl on my facebook page who was one my girls when I was a housemother at a children's home years ago. I get the impression that she goes to a church pastored by Stoneking? I've wondered about that name. It sounded familiar, but I wasn't sure why.

Re: HMH again
Stoneking is not a pastor

Re: HMH again
I'll have to check her facebook page and see what it says. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong person.

Re: HMH again
M3,
The familiarity with the name is because LS and HMH have been discussed ad nauseam. LS has told wild HMH stories. His friend, Mrs./Ms./Mrs. RRH has a few books out that promote HMH and clothesline standards. |
