I had asked on another thread if she had a daughter named Ramona.

When I was a little girl, we had a girl with long hair in our class named Ramona Ballestero. I see in Mrs. Ballestero's obituary that her survivors include a daughter named Ramona and that they ministered in the area I grew up in.

It is always sad to hear of a death, but knowing that she believed in Jesus and is gone on to her reward is comforting.

She was a Gleason. Lots of ministers in her line. Clayton and Carl Brown.

I started reading Bro. M. Ballestero's blog about 7-8 months ago. I do not know if I have missed one since. The man has a great gift for taking the ordinary and finding a spiritual application.

I would have loved to meet his mother, and I heard a message that his father preached at a GC during the 1960s. I can hardly wait to meet them in Heaven someday.
