Do they never quit?
http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/20...l-boys-funeral
Here is a link to the latest atrocity being committed by people who know nothing about God, yet presume to speak for him. There are times that I have to ask how long God will suffer them to besmear His holy name. |
Re: Do they never quit?
besmear?

Re: Do they never quit?
It is a word, and it works, would be a synonym for besmirch.

Re: Do they never quit?
I suppose that I may be the only individual who speaks in such a fashion. I have been known to befuddle others who are not acquaitned with my vocabulary and the use thereof.
I did find this story to be sickening, but I thought that this would be a time to keep everyone apprised of their activities. |
Re: Do they never quit?
Well, our prerogative has been usurped (ha thot I'd make you feel better Jay) as serious Christians for too long. We have kind of reached a crossroads of splintering in the church, I think, and I feel stones gathering back together. Churches like this will expose themselves and die as quick as they're born, with worse to replace them, mirroring our awakening. Your churches are going to become creation centered or wither away.
Churches will become much more central when they are a central part of daily life right where they are. A canvass of every door within...1 block, lol, of a church right now with a message that shows Scripture rather than tells it, would prolly start a revolution. |
