Is it possible to be a UPC missionary by bipassing UPCI North America, but rather by obtaining credentials through the UPC of a foreign country?

I hope that made sense.

i have no idea, but I think foreign churches have standards like local license, general license and ordination.

There are countries with well-established UPC works that do send people into other countries. I would imagine that the primary difference is that your support would likely come from the country you are sent from and not the USA for the most part.
