Western powers condemn a strike against Iran, preferring to pursue the issue through diplomatic channels and sanctions.
Diplomatic channels ? They have been trying this a long time! Is this going to work? I doubt it. |

No it will not work. Ezekiel saw a great battle between Isael and Iran (ancient Persia) happening in the latter days. I ran was partner to Gog of Magog. YHWH helps Israel and they win a great victory. Ezekiel 38-39.
John the Apostle puts this after the 1000 year reign of Christ. Theres a strong possibility that it has a double fulfillment. |

I would say personally, MD, that there is a possiblity that they are actually seperate prophecies. However, it is also possible that there is either double fulfillment or they are the same event.

The last and final destruction of Jerusalem is after the abomination that causes the desolation in revelation. So there must be a temple with a daily sacrifice before Jerusalem can be destroyed.
In light of this I don' t think Iran will do it just yet. It is also stated that the inhabitants of Jerusalem will flee to the south into that great valley and it will be there that the armies will gather to face their final defeat by the Lord himself. |
