First Post as The Pastor's Coach

This is my first official post as The Pastor's Coach on this Forum and I want to greet and once again offer apologies to those that might have been offended by things that I posted under my former AFF name. You need not spend your day going back years to copy and paste something I posted that offended you. I am straight forward and my humor is often misunderstood but I will do my best to be better as The Pastor's Coach.

I do not wish to engage in debate and will try to keep my posts brief and ignore arguments, as best I can, from this point on.

This June I will celebrate 40 years in ministry and have been blessed to travel in 61 nations and in many of them numerous times. God has blessed us to preach to one and to over 150,000 in one place. I have counseled pastors for many years and will continue to do so under The Pastor's Coach. We have planted five churches and evangelized around the world in Miracle Faith Encounters. It is my desire to help Pastors, Evangelists, Missionaries and Ministers to Move Forward in their walk with God and Ministry to people. We have trained and developed ministers around the globe and now desire to do it here in this setting to help more ministers especially in the USA.

Are you are feeling...Burned-out...Frustrated...or Stuck?
You are not alone.
Did you know:
•Fifteen hundred pastors leave the ministry each month due to moral failure, spiritual burnout or contention in their churches.
•Eighty percent of pastors and eighty-four percent of their spouses feel discouraged in their role as pastors.
•Fifty percent of pastors are so discouraged that they would leave the ministry if they could, but have no other way of making a living.
•Eighty-five percent of pastors said their greatest problem is they are tired of dealing with problem people, such as disgruntled elders, deacons, worship leaders, worship teams, board members, and associate pastors.

We are here to help you and be a confidant and coach to those that have questions and no answers.
If we can be of any assistance to you, Please contact us by PM or email us at ThePastorsCoach@gmail.com
Bless you,
W. Wayne Pugh

A pastor friend and I was talking today about how there needs to be body ministry. Its not meant for a pastor to be the ministry, but current mindset breads a passive participation by church poutting it all the one man. No wonder this is burn out and such.

Hey Timmy, I DO have a coach, actually several of them! God knows I need them! :heeheehee

BrotherEastman, We do coach those ministers that do not pastor. We deal mostly with Pastors but also Evangelists, Missionaries, Ministers and those that desire to minister.

This is very very true.

Ministers need to understand that everybody is ministry-called, just not always in the form of pastor or evangelist.

Are a coach like the ones on Biggest Loser? That would be awesome. You could just scream at Pastors when you counsel them. "Why are you so fat? What is wrong with you? You used that verse out of context! What is your problem, you aren't winning enough souls!Push. Keep Pushing. I wanna see you sweat!"

I'd watch that reality show.
