There were some pretty good points in that video.

I see weakness in men demonstrated 2 ways.

1. In an inability/unwillingness to lead. When they let others walk on them.

2. In an overbearing/forceful attempt at leading. Where they go into an attack mode when leading is needed.

The first has simply accepted their inability to lead and have resigned themselves to accept whatever is dealt them.

The others (probably not knowingly) have also accepted their inability to lead so they have resorted to pushing. One cannot lead and push at the same time. If you are pushing someone you are no longer in front.

A true leader leads by his word.
A true leader leads by example.
A true leader does not attack those who do not follow.

A leader will, instead, reserve his "attacks" for those who would attack those whom he leads.
