Civil Rights leaders should jump on this ASAP!

“We got to do something about these Asians coming in and opening up businesses and dirty shops,” Barry said in remarks first reported by WRC-TV. “They ought to go. I’m going to say that right now. But we need African-American businesspeople to be able to take their places, too.”

Mr. Barry needs to clarify what he meant by "dirty shops".

I would say that America is big enough to accommodate all races of people who have businesses.

Yeah, maybe he actually meant he wants to get rid of African American business people with dirty shops and replace them with Asian owned shops.

Or maybe he meant just dirty shops need to go without regard to the owners' race, and simply misspoke about the Asians and African Americans and people starting new businesses...

I'm sure he will figure it out.

Barry has now tweeted a pic of one business he doesn't like. Even though this business passes health inspection, it is owned by Asians and should be replaced with "African-American businesspeople".

Misspoke? Hardly.

However, he is using his words carefully.

Races are being pitted against each other. If people do not fall for it and use better judgment instead of gut reactions, we would certainly have better relations.

Mr. Barry is one to talk. I remember when he was in the news himself awhile back. Maybe he should work on his own self before he starts attacking others.
