Here is an ok piano player; some people might think he adds too much decorations to this song:

Re: piano player
Nice offertory arrangement! :thumbsup
Note: Would have sounded better on a Steinway, plus the piano is slightly out of tune in places. *smile* |

Re: piano player
I like the way Jimmy Swaggart, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Mickey Gilley play piano.
and of course the one and only Fats Domino http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dl5hknXqXps http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNNiBcU3BR4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlC8WJ3jwcw Blueberry Hill brings back fond memories. I was a teen ager at Bible School in St. Paul, MN. A couple nights some of us were working second shift and went to a Drive In Restaurant called Porky's Grill. There were some cute waitresses there (of course they were sinners and off limits to us young preachers) but I think I fell in love (more like in lust) but of course I was too shy to say anything or do anything or pursue it. I sang the song over and over in my mind "I found my thrill at Porky's Grill." Every now and then I see several of us guys in the car and the waitress approaches. The night air is crisp and clean. In my mind I can see her at the car window taking our order and almost smell her perfume. She's young, shapely, pretty, and over half a century later I wonder "what if.....?" and the song rings in my mind, "I found my thrill at Porky's Grill" |
Re: piano player
That second Jimmy Swaggart video does not sound like When The Saints Go Marching In.
