Re: Sick in Zimbabwe turn to faith healers
I think many African nations are like this. Those who cant afford modern medical help will try most anything to find relief. Africa is in terrible shape all around. I thought it was going to discuss Preachers who pray for the sick in Jesus name.

Re: Sick in Zimbabwe turn to faith healers
My Former Pastor had a ministry to the nation of Liberia for some years. He visited there and being a Black man himself did much research on Christianity in Africa. He was very disturbed by what he found and felt there was not much there in the way of pure Christianity.
Lest anyone should be offended by that he taught the same thing was true in America. |

I would be interested in knowing more about the pure Christianity in Liberia. Or anywhere for that matter. |
Re: Sick in Zimbabwe turn to faith healers
Where else can they turn to if they don't hear the gospel?

There is also a lot of spiritism and ancestor worship mixed in with Christianity in some areas. But we have a lot of good solid men of God there who preach truth. |
