Unplugging My Personal Computer
I will still post to AFF from work, but I am unpuggling my personal computer and placing it in my closet, for now.
This action is one of the actions I agreed to take with my accountability partner. It is a necessary limit on my personal freedom in an attempt to further establish my personal freedom from sin. This is not so different from the practice of "standards"-- but I acknowledge that my weakness is not a mandate for all of my Christans brothers and sisters to unplug their personal computers. Neither will I be offended if you were to have me over for dinner and I saw that you had your very own personal computer. This is necessary for me and probably not for you-- which is why I'll never be a good legalist. I'll be around. |

but not on your own time, do you have any objection to us trashing your posts on the weekend? (OMG, what is my problem? I pretty much always agree with your posts) I'm curious if you would have any problem with pork roast, when you come over for dinner : ) |
Re: Unplugging My Personal Computer
I saw some tv commercial about unplugging the electronics and getting out to nature, and at the end they said ''for more information go to www,backtonature.com". I thought that was kinda funny. :slaphappy

I can understand Jermyn wanting to stay away from posting on his own time. :nod
Many here take breaks from this forum because sometimes posting here just "does something to ya". :D |
