We haven't had a federal budget since this current President took office.

The Republican House creates a budget every so often but the Senate does not even look at it.

I think the President did propose a budget once but the Senate voted 97 to 0 to either reject it or ignore it.

The current President does not seem to like to be hampered by having to work with the legislative branch.
