I thought maybe that was the case but saw that Nathianal Urshan was listed as a speaker and the UPCI church locator shows him as being UPC.

There may be more than one minister named Nathanael Urshan.

I'm pretty sure that is Nathanael Urshan, UPC. It is a WPF function as well. But they invite UPC preachers to their meetings all the time. No big deal. Most of the time ;)

Is he? I dunno. I thought WPF was a ministerial fellowship. I'll take your word for it and check it out.
