God is Our Provider - Praise Report
 

I can't say too much right now because everything is still in progress, and we've been asked to keep quiet until an official company-wide announcement is made later this week.

As soon as I'm able, I will share how God took us from the depths of despair on Monday last week, and gave us elation and victory by Friday! Looking back, we can see how God was in control all along. We were questioning God about why he was allowing horrible things to happen when we always tried to be ethical in business, work hard and always tried to do the right thing that would be pleasing to him.

As it turns out, it was those very attributes that produced a strong reputation that provided relief. To God be all the glory!

Need to hear this, thank you. I work for Merita Bakery, a subsidiary of Hostess Brands (the Twinkie/Wonder Bread people). Hostess declared bankruptcy in January, a week after I started. My wife is 12 weeks pregnant with our 2nd child, and at the moment I have amazing medical insurance (cost about 250 bucks to have a major surgery or a kid). In as little as two weeks I could be out of work or working for a different company at much lower pay (I already get $3-$5 less than most industrial mechanic trainees, but my family insurance is $16 a week).

I know God is able! He got me this job, he can work it out again!
