A Washington college said their non-discrimination policy prevents them from stopping a transgender man from exposing himself to young girls inside a women’s locker room, according to a group of concerned parents

According to a police report, the mother of a 17-year-old girl complained after her daughter saw the transgender individual walking naked in the locker room. A female swim coach confronted the man sprawled out in a sauna exposing himself. She ordered him to leave and called police.
The coach later apologized when she discovered the man was transgendered but explained there were girls using the facility as young as six years old who weren’t used to seeing male genitals.


According to the police report, the local district attorney probably will not pursue charges because he said the “criminal law is very vague in this area.”
Francis told KIRO-TV that he was born a man but chose to live as a woman in 2009. Francis said he felt discriminated against after he was told told leave.
“This is not 1959 Alabama,” Francis told the television station. “We don’t call police for drinking from the wrong water fountain.”

If he still has male genitalia he is a man, doesn't matter if he considers himself a woman.

Common sense... has been thrown out the window in this country for a long time.

Right and wrong. I worked security at a concert in Salt Lake City 9 years ago. I was approached by a woman who was looking for a restroom. I directed her to the women's restroom. She informed me that she was transgendered, but because she wasn't a complete woman as of yet she couldn't use the men's or women's facilities. She had to use a family restroom.

Weird. Just weird. Who, male or female, just walks around nekkid in a locker room without even a towel? Why are people so gross... I don't want to see you lounging around with your stuff hanging out. or have you putting your exposed genitals all over where I may sit next whether you are male, female or any combination of the two.

external genitalia are not the only thing by which sex can be determined.

Some babies are born with male and female genitalia or a combination of incomplete male and incomplete female genitalia.

Some who appear male outwardly may have ovaries, etc. inwardly.

Some feel like (and for several reasons) that they are a male trapped in w woman's body or a woman trapped in a man's body.

Sam, it was what he was exposing, not his insides. Maybe they should have told him to show us your ovaries.
