Update about robbery
 

I am sorry I have not been back...our house is full of company from the convention and in the mist we are trying to pack to get off either late tonight or early in the morning heading to the state of Maranhao and then on to the state of Para for their conventions...so many things has been going on...I am pasting what I wrote on facebook this morning.

For those who don't know we were robbed Saturday night during the convention. The guys that robbed us took a lot of things and all the money for convention, Kelvin's guitar money, Santos Dumont church money and our monthly money....besides a lot of material things...however the convention was so awesome it outweighed all the bad that has happened....we are still in awe over such a convention...never had one like it .....


Dear family here....please pray for our safety...the family of the robbers came last night and threatened us...they caught one of the guys of course the money was long gone...maybe hid...who knows but the other one is hiding somewhere. The one they cannot find is already wanted for other things including bank robbery.


We had the biggest convention ever in our history here in this area...over 50 received the Holy Ghost...New workers were ordained...the church looked so beautiful...No wonder the devil hates us as we continue to march futher and further into his dark domain bring light and freeing his victims...Please pray for our strentgh...

Will be praying that somehow the Lord takes the lemons from this situation, and turns them into lemonade to the glory of God! Indeed, so thankful to hear the great work that the Lord is doing in Brazil, and will be praying that the Lord will take care of your needs, mightily and in the only way He can.

Well....our lives are always in danger however we are sold out and robbery and ever death itself are merely obstacles along the way....

Do you have any literature or info about your work? I would like to give it to our Foreign Missions director at church and see if we could get any saints to help.

I'm so sorry!! I think it makes me maddest about Kelvin's guitar money - bless his heart! Did they come in the house while you all were at church?

yes that is when it happened....the biggest robbery ever...some of the guys family threatened us again today...Glad we are leaving for Maranhao tomorrow...they got quite a bit of money (different projects) They got my 2 laptops and I pad and just a bunch of stuff...Got lots of things at Micheal's house and Fatima's house...

We must be doing something right....the devil sure fights us hard....Please keep us in your prayers.

Can you get a full time guard? I think you definitely need one. I kept laying there in that bedroom thinking someone could lift that A/C out of the window and crawl right in! Lol!
