Councilam Walks Out of Meeting

This is really worth watching even though it is about 9 minutes, and you have to sorta watch the whole thing.

The councilman walks out when he discovers that one of the people speaking has a conceal carry permit and is carrying. The Mayor is a hero in my opinion.

Just had to post this picture, even though it could have gone into ANY gun thread.

This is for YOU Cindy!

I watched it all and was very proud of that mayor. He stayed cool, calm and collected but made it clear how wrong and absurd the two yoyo's were that actually got up and left because they didn't want to be in the same room with a Veteran of Irag or Afghanistan who had a carry permit and a concealed weapon.

Washington is known for its left wing hippie mentality and I would bet you those two council members are tree huggers who probably chained themself to a tree or two during their heyday.

The moron who walked out could do ONE thing which would earn instant respect: He could post a sign on his front lawn proudly declaring his anti-gun stance and the fact that his home is a gun free establishment.

I'm so proud of the mayor and council members who stayed firm and defended the citizen's right to keep his weapon! Awesome!!!! :)

Yep, and remember Texas is just one of the states that stands between them, and all the guns they sent to the Mexican drug cartels.

My internet is so slow, I can't watch this, but I'm amazed by the stupidity of people and the gun control laws they are trying to bring in.

I'm afraid our country is headed for a bloody conflict though, between the two opposing sides.

RW's cartoon is funny... but really, it is truth, and it will be a blood bath should it ever come down to this.

Here in the state I live in, any person who has served in the military can carry concealed just by taking their DD214 down to the local Sheriff's office, and they are given a permit to carry. I can carry a gun anywhere I want, (except where signs say prohibited) as long as the gun is NOT concealed.

You go to Walmart here... and there are hot packs everywhere. Everyone we know here packs heat most anywhere they go.

It will be a blood bath here too should the government try to come to this state to try and take people's guns.

Our local sheriff has already spoken out and said he will not follow the federal government's mandates about gun control.

Our good Sheriff Joe just made a statement yesterday that he will not enforce any gun confiscation OR magazine limits.
