Seriously, should there be no laws about a minimum speed on a freeway? Or should cops ignore that law? Or wait for more flagrant violations?
For the record, yes, this cop was unwise in this case, IMO. I don't know the whole story, but just from what was given (e.g., bad weather), it seems that this ticket wasn't warranted. Most likely, if she takes it to court, it won't stand. I'd hope. But you know how those librul judges are. Prolly throw the book at .... No, wait. That's conservative judges, that like to convict people of crimes. Isn't it? I'm so confused! :lol |
