Yep. Obama's always talking about how Congress needs to listen to the American people and do what they want. Well, 76% want a special prosecutor; think he'll appoint one?

Not likely.

The telling stat isn't that 76% of Americans want this; it's that 63% identified themselves as Democrats.

Appointing a special prosecutor will take bury the subject for a long time, maybe until after President Obama's term. The whole subject of the IRS scandal, the Benghazi scandal, the subpoena's for journalists' private and family information, etc. will eventually die.
