Tom Delay's Conviction Overturned.
I predicted this long ago. I cannot stand the man. He is part of what is wrong with the GOP. But he broke no law and his trial was a political witch hunt at tax payer expense.

Re: Tom Delay's Conviction Overturned.
Any time this witch hunt stuff comes up, the person harmed should be restored ALL -whether we liked them or not. It's just the principle of the thing and may deter this method in the future. I knew he was innocent of these charges and it is sickening that people's lives can be turned upside down in this way.
Think of what they did to Newt Gingrich - who was cleared of ALL charges leveled against him as House Speaker. Despicable. We need policy that demands restitution. |

Tom Delay = Not guilty but still convicted.
Susan Rice and others in the State Department = Guilty but not convicted. Many promoted! |

Im inclined to agree. There is something wrong when you can maliciously prosecute a man for political gain. The thugs that did this should be themselves be locked up
